Renovation of the Cardiology Department in Odessa
According to current regulations, modern hospitals are required to provide medical services across various specialties, including cardiology.
To enhance the healthcare infrastructure in Odessa, renovation works are underway at City Clinical Hospital No. 11 to establish a new cardiology and cardiac surgery department.
The new department will feature large and small operating rooms, an intensive care unit, an ultrasound room, a procedure room, a dressing room, and comfortable patient rooms. A new medical elevator is being installed for patient transport convenience.
Currently, structural reinforcements of the building have been completed, and the spaces have been reconfigured to meet medical requirements and modern usability. Medical panels that comply with European hygiene standards have been used in the interior finishes.
Additionally, modern energy-efficient windows and doors have been installed, and the engineering systems are being updated. Once the renovations and landscaping of the surrounding area are completed, the new cardiology department will begin accepting patients who will receive qualified medical care in comfortable conditions.

The capital renovation project for Building “G” for the cardiology department includes:
- reinforcement of the structural elements;
- replacement of the existing roof with a new one using standing seam sheets;
- installation of new energy-efficient windows;
- modernization of entrance groups;
- cleaning of the facades and restoration of their condition;
- reconfiguration of the building interiors for contemporary use;
- installation of all necessary medical and technological equipment;
- provision of necessary engineering networks connected to existing systems, including water supply and sewage;
- fire alarm systems and ventilation;
- landscaping of the surrounding area.
