Community Services Upgrades in Khmelnytskyi
The communal enterprise «Housing and Utility Service «Khmelnytskyi» has implemented a series of repairs and upgrades to the building infrastructure in 2024.
A total of 1370 resident requests were processed.
According to the requests of the residents, specialists from the «JKS Khmelnytskyi» carried out the following repairs: roofing – 3764.8 sq. m; replacement of drainage pipes – 753 linear meters; repairs of cold water supply systems – 1314.6 linear meters; repairs of central heating systems – 945.9 linear meters; repairs of sewage systems – 710.4 linear meters; electrical repairs – 1297 linear meters / 335 units.
Additionally, the company's employees participated in addressing the aftermath of enemy shelling, sealing 125 linear meters of windows.
Moreover, the company's janitors maintain cleanliness in the assigned courtyards daily. Cleaning is conducted twice a day (sweeping yards and sidewalks, emptying bins, picking up litter, washing waste containers, etc.).
The utility workers also engage in grass cutting, tree trimming, removing fallen leaves, and caring for flower beds and lawns at the serviced houses. If necessary, they participate in city-wide clean-up days and eliminate unauthorized dumps.
