Updates on Housing Repairs: Achievements of the Utility Company
The Utility Company «Housing and Communal Services «Cheriomushki» continues its operations in 2024, undertaking significant repairs in the buildings under its management.
Specialists from the company completed the following works at the request of residents: roof repairs covering an area of 1400 sq.m (including slate roofing - 300 sq.m); replaced downspouts - 60 p/m; repaired entrance - 1 unit; replaced central heating pipelines - 234 p/m; repaired cold water supply pipelines - 188 p/m; repaired storm sewer - 20 m; electrical networks - 880 p/m; ongoing sewer system repairs - 500 p/m.
In response to the consequences of the hostile attacks, glazing of the entrances in apartment buildings was carried out - 50 sq.m.
Additionally, janitors maintain cleanliness in the adjacent territories daily. Cleaning is performed twice a day (sweeping yards and sidewalks, emptying trash bins, picking up litter, washing trash containers, etc.).
The utility workers also mow grass, prune trees, collect fallen leaves, and care for flower beds and lawns around the serviced buildings. They participate in citywide clean-up events as needed, eliminating illegal dumps and the aftermath of hostile attacks.
