Youth Camp in Bavaria: New Horizons
On August 17, 2025, a group of 20 students accompanied by 4 teachers from Odessa Gymnasium No. 26 traveled to Bavaria (Federal Republic of Germany) to take part in the international youth camp Talent-Akademie - 2025. This project is implemented in cooperation with the Sunday school ‘Znayko’ from Ulm, Germany.
The camp's primary goal is to develop children's creative abilities, promote intercultural dialogue, and foster communication skills, tolerance, leadership, and international collaboration.
Young participants from Odessa can look forward to theatrical performances, musical and dance shows, artistic workshops, language games, and unforgettable excursions. Together with peers from Ukraine, Poland, and Germany, our students will create a new story of friendship, creativity, and inspiration.
On their way to Bavaria, the delegation visited Golden Prague – the ‘heart of Europe’, known as the ‘city of a hundred spires’, which captivates at first sight. The young Odessans were able to see magnificent cathedrals, castles, and towers, narrow streets imbued with medieval spirit, a small show with figurines of apostles on the clock tower, and the Charles Bridge adorned with sculptures of saints, connecting both banks of the Vltava River.
This trip will symbolize unity, faith in the future, and new opportunities for our youth.
