Dream Education Platform: New Horizons for Schools in Ukraine
In 2025, the Dream education platform will connect 2,000 educational institutions from various regions of Ukraine. Dream will create new opportunities for students, parents, and teachers to improve the educational process.
The pilot project of Dream began in September 2024 in six regions of Ukraine: in frontline cities and mountainous villages, in schools with fully remote learning formats, and in those that teach offline in shelters. We tested how the ecosystem works and improved it. Now we are opening Dream to all schools in the country.
Dream allows teachers to automate their processes—from curriculum planning to creating schedules and grading, as well as sharing notes or comments with students and communicating with children and parents in secure chats.
Soon, teachers in Dream will also automatically generate tests using AI, receive completed homework, and create inter-class groups.
For students, Dream offers a schedule, homework, a personalized content library, and performance metrics on their smartphones. Additionally, Dream will feature an internal currency—dream coins—that children can exchange for various bonuses: cinema tickets, workshops, VR quests, and more.
Parents in Dream have a complete overview of their child's achievements, monitor their progress, and soon will also have the ability to choose extracurricular activities for their child based on interests close to home or school.
How to Join Dream
Dream is available to every school, regardless of size or learning format. Joining Dream is free and voluntary.
To take advantage of the opportunities provided by the educational ecosystem, a school must apply on the Dream website—at the link mriia.gov.ua/app.
Currently, 150 schools have already connected to Dream, and 1,000 new applications are being processed.
The Dream team is also working on developing a solution for preschool institutions. This will enable the integration of two educational stages into a single digital system, ensuring convenience for parents and educators.
Dream is a state educational ecosystem that integrates all elements of learning, providing students, parents, and teachers access to all the necessary tools for an effective educational process.
Dream is an initiative of the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, implemented by the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine and the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine together with the EGAP Program, executed by the Eastern Europe Foundation with the support of Switzerland.
