Odesa's New Trams: Enhancing Public Transport
The Mayor of Odesa, Hennadiy Trukhanov, announced the launch of new Tatra trams:
“Starting tomorrow, modern multi-section Tatra trams will begin operating on route No. 3. We acquired them using funds from a loan from the European Investment Bank.
Eight new trams will run from the 11th stop on Lustdorf Road to the infectious diseases hospital on Pasteur Street, with a frequency of 15 minutes.
After completing all repair work along the inclusive route “North-South,” all 13 trams of this model will operate on route No. 7.
Additionally, we have extended the route of tram No. 27. It will now travel from the Fish Port to Starosinna Square every 7 minutes.
Every step we take is another move towards a comfortable, modern, and convenient city. We continue working”.
