New Psychological Support Center in Kyiv
Deputy Mayor Pavlo Vugelman visited a newly established psychological support center in the Kyiv district. The center offers medical assistance from family doctors, features a robust diagnostic center, and provides a mobile palliative care service. Residents and visitors of Odesa can access a complete range of outpatient services and psychological support.
Thanks to funding from the Odesa city budget and resources obtained through agreements with the National Health Service of Ukraine, family clinics and the day hospital of the primary healthcare center have been renovated, along with an updated surgical unit in the diagnostic center.
Today, at this medical facility, as well as in other healthcare institutions in Odesa, an event is taking place - the Day of Awareness and Care for Mental Health, organized by the city’s Department of Health.
“We are creating comfortable conditions in the key outpatient medical facility of the Kyiv district for both patients and medical staff. A decision has already been made to allocate funds from the city budget for further renovations and modernization of the institution,” - reported Deputy Mayor Pavlo Vugelman.
